This whip has a staghorn handle.
There is a silver button stamped "Swaine & Adeney, London" on the heel of the staghorn.
It has a silver collar with a rolled edge which is stamped "Swaine" and hallmarked London 1932.
It is also engraved "F.J.B. Dec^r 1933" .
There are a few small dents and dings on the collar.
The stock or shaft is covered in braided thread - possibly catgut.
It has a replacement stitched leather keeper and a good stout thong but no cord lash.
