This low-rise micro mini skirt is made out of bright red stretch lace fabric with a black stretch satin waistband. It has four rows of ruffled black lace trim.

This skirt is made out of stretch fabric with a stretch lace waist and the waistband is sized a little bigger than our other skirts so you can wear it lower around your waist. Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.
