Will these bolt directly to my truck, or do I need drilling?

These mount at factory attachment points — no drilling required. You'll use existing holes on the frame.

What tools do I need to install these?

Basic hand tools and a socket set. Jack stands recommended for safe working height. Mounting hardware specifications are in your truck's service manual.

Can I paint over the black finish, or is it final?

The black powder coat is the finished product. If you want a different color, light sanding and automotive paint prep will work — no stripping needed.
