This 1960s cocktail dress in black ribbon over sheer black mesh has a sassy pink and black satin bow sash belt accenting the waist. The ribbon and mesh fabric is layered over an attached black taffeta slip with spaghetti straps, leaving the upper part of the bodice sheer. The sleeveless bodice has black satin trim at the edges of the round neckline and arm openings. The dress fastens with a metal zipper in back, below a keyhole opening and two hooks and eyes at the back of the neck. The sash belt hooks closed over the zipper, in back. In very good to excellent condition, this authentic 1960s dress has a minor bit of fraying, in places, to the surface of the ribbon trim, resulting from normal wear and cleaning. It has been freshly dry-cleaned and is ready to wear to your next event or fabulous cocktail party!
