Do I need new hoses and clamps to install this?

Your existing hoses will connect to the factory tank ports. Inspect them for cracks or soft spots before installation — if they're original to the truck, replacing them at the same time is smart preventive maintenance.

What about the thermostat housing — does it come with one?

Radiator assembly only. The thermostat and housing remain part of your engine block — no replacement needed unless you're servicing that separately.

Will this work with my truck's existing cooling fan and shroud?

Factory mounting points align with your original setup. If the fan and shroud are in good condition, they bolt right back up. No clearance issues.
