At Single Variety Co, they are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything themselves in their family run jam factory in Bristol. 

Unlike other chilli jams, which can be bulked out with cheaper tomatoes or red peppers, this Fireflame Chili Jam contains just four ingredients: fireflame chillies, sugar, apple cider vinegar and natural pectin (to set).  This means it's absolutely full of flavour.  So it's no surprise it won Gold in the Taste of the West Awards!

It's great with everything, but we love it especially as a marinade for prawns or chicken.
