Great for: in the kitchen for things like spices, or in the bathroom for that dry shampoo. 

This adapter must be used with the purchase of the wide mouth adapter as well. Or if you have a mason jar lid with the outside ring that can secure the shaken inserts in place. There are two different sizes shaker inserts: one with larger holes, and one with smaller holes.
