Effects of this medicine
・This medicine lowers cholesterol in the blood by inhibiting cholesterol synthesis in the liver through HMG-CoA reductase inhibitory effect and improves serum lipid.
・It is usually used to treat hyperlipidemia and familial hypercholesterolemia.
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (10 mg of the active ingredient), once a day, or in 2 divided doses a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. ・However, if the symptoms are severe, the dosage may be increased up to 2 tablets (20 mg) a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule.
・You should never take two doses at one time.
