The guiding principle for Peruvian artisans Antuane and Santos is their desire to give discarded wood a second life so that this material can become more sustainable and eco-friendly. They use reclaimed hualtaco wood to craft the sublime pendant of this necklace which hangs from nylon cord and closes with an aluminum s-hook clasp. The four irregularly-shaped pieces of wood that form the pendant are meant to resemble fallen autumn leaves, whose shape, texture, and often dark color inspired the artisan pair.
