Brooks Ghost 14 is appreciated for years, one of the most popular running shoes from Brooks' stable. They were created for runners with a neutral foot, with a view to running on paved surfaces. They will work best during everyday training.

In the 14th installment, the focus was on details that improve e.g. smooth running. In the 13th edition, the midsole was made of DNA Loft foam and a small amount of BioMoGo. Brooks Ghost 14 has a fully DNA LOFT sole. Thanks to this, it was possible to increase the level of cushioning even more, but without the additional weight of the shoe.

The new, flexible 3D Fit Print upper provides greater comfort, still guarantees softness , but is even more breathable. Special 3D prints increase its durability, while the structures are practically imperceptible, so the whole thing ensures a perfect fit to the runner's foot.

In the outer sole, stronger rubber on the back of the shoe strengthens the impact zone , extending the life of the shoe . The slightly modified shape of the tread together with the Segmented Crash Pad (caterpillar shape of the midsole) ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe. Special Omega Flex Grooves improve the flexibility of the shoe and support the rolling phase
