2021 Chateau de Beru ArianeA"Vin de France" (VDF) made from a blend of Chard, Pinot and Aligot vines co planted and harvested together from a single parcel at the top of a hill. This unique, natural wine undergoes a short, whole cluster maceration for a few hours, creating a unique texture between an orange wine and a ros. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with low sulfur, it's known for its fruit and floral notes, crisp finish, and balance.
